Stream Two New Vaccine Songs...They're Still Pissed.

One of my recent favorite fast hardcore bands, Vaccine, is getting ready to drop 2 new records on the fun-loving public. One is a new 10 song 7" entitled, "Dead Inside" on Painkiller records and Cut The Cord Records, and a split 7" with fellow straight edge blasters, Coke Bust. I think the Coke Bust split may be out now, but I haven't sen it in any distros, so I'm not to sure. Anyways, the new songs are rippers, and they keep the raw, distorted, short and angry delivery that I know and love from these guys. Stream them below, and buy the records when they come out. New Coke Bust Song!

Straight edge, D.C, hardcore band Coke Bust (featuring Chris Moore of Magrudergrind on drums), have just debuted a brand new track entitled, "Pain and Suffering" from their upcoming split with Vaccine. I've never really given much time to the band, but this song is pretty kick ass. It has a hardcore punk beginning that eventually morphs into more of a grindcore sound. I should probably join the cool-kids-club already and get a few of this bands records, and I'm frothing at the mouth to hear new material from Vaccine. The split 7" will be available later this year from Drugged Conscience and Refuse Records. In addition, they also have a live 7" coming out sometime this summer. Keep a look out, and catch Coke Bust at Maryland Deathfest, if you're going.

Coke Bust-Degradation E.P.

Coke Bust are a great hardcore band from Washington, D.C. I discovered them after hearing that Chris Moore from Magrudergrind is their drummer. I love Chris' drumming so I decided to buy "Degradation" and I can honestly say that I wasn't disappointed. With six songs coming in at 5 minutes this is a great introduction to Coke Bust, and "Degradation" leaves me wanting more. The first track starts off with some feedback, but then the blastbeats burst in and the song comes in at full force. "Degradation" continues at this lightning fast paced, powerviolence influenced hardcore sound until the slowed down, "Deathbed". My only complaint about this e.p. is that it is very short and seems to end just as it starts. Overall, I really like "Degradation" and I can't wait to hear more from Coke Bust.

My copy came on black vinyl and included a download card. I also really love the packaging of this 7" and I think that the lyrics are presented in a great way.
